Warm-Up

Work through this quick warm-up to get your body ready for one of the workouts below. 

Troubleshooting

1) Want a crisper video? You can change the settings of the video by clicking the "Gear" button and selecting your desired video "Quality."


2) Feel comfortable with the movements? You can skip the exercise demo and modification section by skipping ahead to the workout! Workout start time will be listed in video description for you to jump to.
