As many of you may have heard King County is currently in a modified Phase 1.5 with our Phase 2 request submitted. As of 6/12/20 we have been given the green light to start one-on-one training at the gym, and our staff is now ready to take on clients again! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer small group classes until Phase 2 nor have general members return until Phase 3 in King County.
For our personal training clients, there are some changes with scheduling, allowed members, and new protocols. So please read on to find out what you’ll need to know before coming back to GreenLake Fitness. We look forward to having members back at the gym training, and if you are interested in consulting with a trainer please respond to this email.
1) Scheduling. Training will be only allowed on an appointment based system. This is exactly what it was like before, but we currently have restricted hours that we’ll be opening the gym up for training so this will have to be agreed upon in advance between yourself and your trainer. The gym will also be closed every Sunday for deep cleanings.
2) Availability. Not all GreenLake Fitness trainers have returned to the gym or have been fully trained in our new protocols. Please contact us directly to find out if your trainer will be offering sessions in the immediate future. We plan to start scheduling as early as Monday June 22nd, 2020.
3) Restricted Members. Unfortunately we are currently not allowed to give access to “high risk” individuals. High risk is defined as someone over the age of 65, people with serious underlying medical conditions, and people who are immunocompromised.
